Heated floors with private ensuite on lower level

Easily accessible to everywhere in red deer within 10 minute drive. Just off the river line 5 minutes to the hospital and 10 minute drive to Red Deer College or you are onto QE2 in under 5 minutes. Downtown is just across the river and the hospital is within walking distance through the trails as well. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Location: outskirts of downtown, visitor parking in townhouse complex available. Basement bedroom and ensuite has in floor heating (turned off for summer) I live here with one other person and we all share the common living spaces (in photos) and We all have our own private bathrooms. Bedroom, private bathroom And all common areas (kitchen and living room with fireplace) Laundry available for regular use. Rig clothing/ not permitted. Available for questions by text or email. I work long days so may not be here for check in or check out but enjoy visiting with everyone. Feel free to enjoy the common areas while I am home or away. 7Eleven a block away and trails can get you to bower ponds, or anywhere downtown with ease. Ideal location if working at the hospital, attending Red Deer College or visiting friends/family. Many visitors from doctors, Nova Chemical Plant, and Red Deer College. Parking not available in the driveway but many spots available in visitor parking and there is about 3-4 spots available right beside the driveway (on the fire hydrant of the street) Keypad code to get in will be sent the day before check-in along with wifi password. Please use the fan in the bathroom during showers.
