Quiet and scenic. Close to icebergs and whales. Cottlesville is a small community tucked away in a small harbour near Twillingate and Fogo Island. Walk to the ocean. Walking trails close by. Well located with everything you will need for your stay ! This is a totally renovated house. Two small cozy bedrooms upstairs with double beds. There is a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room that is new and quite comfortable. It has a new kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you would need. There is one bath on the main floor with quality linens for your stay. There is also a small sunroom at the side of the house that has a lovely view of the harbour. There is a deck at the rear of the property with a bbq for your use. Also lots of parking for multiple vehicles. I live in Victoria, BC. This is my family home where I lived as a child. My neice looks after this property in my absence. Gracie and I can be reached at any time by cell phone. Contact information for myself and the property caretaker will be provided once a booking is confirmed. Once your arrival is close we will advise you on how to get access the property. We are available by email, text or cell phone. Gracie looks after the property and lives nearby. If there are any concerns we are available at all times. Cottlesville is a small quiet community located approximately 20 minutes from Twillinigate. It is picturesque and scenic with nice walking trail and peace and quiet. Just a short drive to Twillinigate and the Fogo Island ferry. (Website hidden by Airbnb) For some reason goggle maps shows Cottlesville as an (Website hidden by Airbnb) is not. It is located on the mainland. Please note that the Twillinigate area has poor cell phone reception. There is wifi available at the property. Also at the Gazebo located on the hill just behind the property cell service is good and the view is also amazing. Cell coverage can be limited in the house itself. The house is located adjacent to a small harbour located across the street. It is a very peaceful and quiet area.
