Welcome to my beautiful remodeled modern home that has access to wonderful running and walking trails, Neil Lake, great shopping and fabulous restaurants near by. Only 20 minutes to downtown. Owner is quiet and clean and enjoys hosting guests and sharing what the TC has to offer! Home is kept tidy and clean on a regular basis. Modern Interior Design. Fabulous light filled spaces. Sunroom overlooks the grass marsh. Very scenic and serene location. My home is located within the quiet Preserve. Steps away are fantastic trails, lots of wildlife, a sand bottom pool for your use is located near by. Please kindly respect my home as if it were yours. Rooms are kept tidy. You may use the deck and the sunroom for your enjoyment. Guests can park at the far right of the driveway or on the street. Please remove your shoes at the door please. You may use the kitchen to cook meals. Host also shares kitchen All pots and pans are hand washed. Dirty dishes please put in dishwasher. Please recycle. Remove your shoes at door. I like to give my guests space. I am always available by cell in the event I am not home. Texting is the best way to reach me. I am out and about often. I am available to answer any questions you may have. Neighborhood has access to miles of walking/ biking trails. My home is walkable to the Eden Prairie Mall and fabulous restaurants to dine at. My home is close to the metro. In addition SW Transit can be called and the fare one way within Eden Prairie is $3.00. I am only 18 minutes to the airport and MOA. If you forget anything, let me know kindly. I have extra toiletries if you need. Parking on street. A $15 cash only charge per night for additional person to stay. Long term guests are to supply their own paper products, dish soap. Laundry is available, use your own detergent.
