Beautiful one bedroom apartment.

Apt is in a large enclosed yard with many fruit trees. It is 5 min drive to the nearest beach, 10 min to good restaurants and 5 min to main highway. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Apt has all new appliances and is fully furnished including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and cable TV. WiFi is also included. Regular room service is available if requested. Washer and dryer available 24/7 on premises. Any fruits available at time of rental are freely available for guest consumption only. I am self employed so my time is very flexible and because I live on the property I am available to help with anything needed at any time. There are several grocery stores as well as gas stations within walking distance of the apt. Public transportation is also close by. Beach is about 15 min from apt. Apt is located 10 min walking distance from main road where public transportation is available throughout the day. A park suitable for small children is within 5 min walking distance of the apt. We are a small island, so two main roads take you from one end of the island to the other :) Kind of hard to get lost! We drive on the left side of the road (a throwback to when the islands were owned by Denmark). But not to worry, Islanders are quick to point you in the right direction if they see you going the wrong way! No pets please.
