Summary: Welcome to our fabulous apartment in the heart of Downtown Wolfville! From Elm Avenue, you will be walking distance to everything that the Main Street area has to offer, such as groceries, restaurants, the Wolfville Farmers Market, walking trails, and so much more. You'll love this spacious and clean apartment, recently constructed in 2020! The suite features two large bedrooms (each with a king size endy bed), a fully outfitted kitchen with ample space to prepare a beautiful meal, and a cozy open concept with a Juliet balcony overlooking the clock park. You'll also enjoy the complimentary parking for two vehicles, as well as air conditioning and 5 appliances! Professionally cleaned and managed by Over Sea! The Space: Upon arrival, you will navigate to the private entrance near the back of the building. This suite is located on the second floor, above a restaurant. During construction, a great attention to detail was paid to sound, and therefore you will not hear the restaurant below you! Once you get up the stairs, there is a small entryway and guest closet. Further into the unit, you enter the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen features Bosch appliances, and is fully outfitted to cook a meal with delicious local fare! On the left of the suite are both bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry room. Guest Access: You will have private access to the suite during your stay! The Neighborhood: The location of this suite truly could not get any better. Located on Elm Ave in Downtown Wolfville, you will be able to easily walk to everything Wolfville has to offer. Steps away from restaurants such as Juniper, Joe's Food Emporium, Troy, and more. Also walking distance to amenities such as cafe's, grocery stores, and Acadia University. Other Things to Note: All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Netatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of any smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250. Interaction with Guests: Over Sea is a small hospitality company available to help you with whatever may come up! We only answer messages until about 10 PM, however, we are available 24/7 by phone.
