Enjoy a quiet & safe neighborhood, minutes from Germantown Medical District, West Cancer Center, AgriCenter and Shelby Farms/Memphis Greenline. Minutes from I-40 & major shopping/dining. Amenities include Smart-TV, high-speed WiFi. Microwave, Keurig, & fridge in room. All toiletries, towels, and linens; including hairdryer & flat iron. Fenced backyard w/outdoor patio. Whether looking for a quiet work/relax space, or access to all the fun Memphis offers, we have you covered! Clean, quiet, private with lots of natural light from large window. Although the bathroom is not completely private, a large portion of the time other family members/guests at our home will not need access to the bathroom. Public transportation is not reliable and not easily accessible. Our home is on the corner. Easy access street parking right next to driveway available. My husband, Clarence, and I are respectful of our guest's privacy but happy to engage with guests at their lead. Available to help with directions and/or local events, shopping, dining, etc. Fairly familiar with downtown area or other local Memphis events as well as Germantown medical district information. Home is located on corner; close parking on street available. Quiet family neighborhood with sidewalks, ideal for a morning or afternoon stroll. Nearby public transportation is not a viable option. Will need use of car or uber/lift. We do not have any pets inside or outside. We do not smoke, but allow smoking on the back patio.
