Beautiful Condo in Southwest Edmonton
Beautiful & sparkling clean 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor condo with a spacious, covered balcony with a gas BBQ overlooking a green space. The condo boasts an open concept floor plan, an eating bar, dining room table, TVs in the living room and bedroom, neutral tone colors, stainless steel appliances, in suite laundry, large master bedroom with closets, portable air conditioner, fans, and secure underground parking for one vehicle. The condo is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and extremely comfortable. There are battery candles throughout to provide you with a lovely ambiance at night. From spring to October, the balcony has mini solar fairy lights on the railing as well as a candle lantern on the side table, a soft rug for beneath your feet, and blankets to extend those long summer nights outside. It's the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after dinner or a long day visiting or sight seeing in the city. **The condo is available this year for New Years. Christmas decorations will remain up until January 6. Please note that I live here full-time in the winter, so my things will remain there.* You'll have the full condo to yourself. From spring to fall, the front hall closet will be locked, however, there are 2 other empty closets in the bedroom for your use. Around Christmas, my personal belongings will be in closets. There is only one designated underground parking spot for one vehicle. There is no visitor parking outside for overnight vehicles, so you can only have one vehicle. I will be available anytime by phone. The condo development backs a creek and beautiful walking path and is located in the prestigious southwest neighborhood of Rutherford. It is steps away from Sobeys, Save on Foods, Cobbs Bakery, banks, liquor stores, Dairy Queen, McDonalds, and much more. There is a bus stop located steps away from the condo development, and it is very close to the Anthony Henday, and a 15 minute drive from the Edmonton International Airport or a 20 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall. While laundry supplies, toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided for short-term stays, guests staying longer than one week are expected to purchase their own once settled in, and guests staying longer than one month are expected to purchase their own fully. As this is my home, I keep a few of my personal belongings there, but stored away in the front closet, which will be locked (spring to fall).
