Beachfront Condo steps to the beach, walk to town

PlayaSol-8-202 - Our condo is Unit 202 of Building-8 in the beautiful Villa PlayaSol complex in Puerto Morelos. We are on the second floor. It is privately owned and maintained in excellent condition by our onsite bilingual property manager. We have 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, AC, ceiling fans, secure safe, cable TV, dedicated wireless internet, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach towels and a front and back balcony with great views of the ocean and the pool. The grounds are spotless and feature a large freshwater pool, multiple palapas and BBQ grills. You are only steps from our lovely beach and the warm Caribbean Sea. Snorkeling can be done from our beach, or you can take a tour to the Great Maya Reef which is only 500 yards off our shore, we have an operator just outside the complex. The town square is just a 4-5 minute walk either by beach or street where there are many good restaurants, an ATM, cambia, fresh fish market, taxi stand, gelato, church, fresh smoothies, and several nice places to hang out and drink margaritas or people watch. You can also grab some fresh fruit from the fruit truck, or something sweet from the traveling pastry van. --PlayaSol-8-202
