For more than 12 years our guests have experienced luxury living at its best. ***IMPORTANT*** - Our cancellation policy is stated in our rental agreement and is required to be signed by all clients. Our rental agreement supersedes the "Strict" refund policy stated within AirBnB. The gentle sound of the waterfalls from the front and back yard pools fill the air. Single level living with ample patio seating. Casa Contessa is an awesome house!! Our guests have full access to our Members Only Ocean Front Beach Club & Gym. Complete with towel service, food & beverage service pool-side. Our guests also have access to the Esperanza restaurants, spa & daily activities. Pre-arrival grocery shopping is provided as well as pre-arrival reservation service through our concierge. We also call our guests on the day of arrival to make sure all is well and to answer any questions. Casa Contessa and Casa Stephens are located within the Residencias section of Punta Ballena, home of the world famous Esperanza Resort. We are 3.5 miles from Cabo San Lucas, 1.5 miles from COSTCO, 3 miles from WalMart. Cabo has become a safe place to drive. Renting a car is recommended and can be arranged to be ready for you at the house. This eliminates waiting in line at the airport to get your rental car. Our standard rates include round-trip transportation from the airport to the villa.
