If you're looking for a quiet, neighborhood my place would be perfect for you. There is a river right next door so a nice cold clean river bath is within a minute' s walk. Transportation, breakfast/cooking and other services are available and can be arranged with guests. Environment is very safe. If guests want the entire house this option is also available upon request. I live in the house but if the guests want to rent out the entire house it can be made available - I can relocate until they leave.
