A short 10 minute drive from the West End ferry terminal. Easy access via flights to STT and a short 50 minute ferry ride over to Tortola. I work full time in construction, development and property management, mostly in the area. I also live 5 minutes away so can be with you at the house to assist at very short notice. Beaches of Long Bay, Smugglers and Apple are so close. Sugar Mill restuarant is world class. Walk to the beach. If you plan on going much further a rental car is a good idea. However taxis fore infrequent travel out of the neighborhood can easily be arranged.
