Casa Serena Downstairs - Spacious Sanctuary

Casa Serena 1 is a lovely, brand new ground level suite which combines the colourful mexican culture with modern amenities. In addition to a private patio and access to an azure pool, this place is made for relaxing and recharging your batteries. Casa Serena is only a 4 minute walk from the beach in Lo De Marcos which is blissfully quiet compared to many of the beaches in Nayarit. There are beach chairs and floats for use . When you get in the front gate, there is a keyless lock and we will send you the code as well as the code to the front door. There is a pool/backyard space which is shared between the two suites on the property. There is also a self-contained suite upstairs so please be considerate to your neighbours :) We are on a quiet street with adjoining neighbours, only minutes from the beach and the town square. There are numerous wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. You can park in front of the gates and the bus stop is a short walk away if you want to explore any of the neighbouring towns (San Pancho, Sayulita, Bucerias, Guayabitos) which all have charming features . If you have any difficulties, our Property Manager, Luvia Miranda (Email hidden by Airbnb) is a wonderful resource. She speaks both Spanish and English and is a great ambassador of the community.
