You can drink your coffee on the rooftop, and enjoy the beautiful view or enjoy a nice relaxing afternoon in a lounge chair. At night time you can enjoy a nice view of the clean sky, full of stars. You can see Vieques in a clear day. This is a charming, comfortable and nicely decorated apartment with wall art by Puerto Rican artists. You can have your coffee on the rooftop in a comfortable lounge chair while enjoying the beautiful view of the landscape and ocean. At night everyone delights in viewing the clear sky full of stars. This rental is recommended for couples, or adults. You must go up two (2) floors of stairs to get to the apartment. The compound does not has elevator. To get to the terrace there is a spiral stair inside the apartment. All rooms are air conditioned. Beds are comfortable. The bedding has a fresh cool feel, providing a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of beach and terrace towels are provided. Beach chairs and coolers are available. This compound has three pools, a basketball court and a tennis court, also a small walking trail. The popular regional game of dominoes is here for your pleasure. This is a gated community for your security. For your convenience, the use of a car is recommended. The most economical way to achieve this is to take an Uber to get a rental car outside of San Juan. This is a no smoking property. You can only smoke at the terrace. There is a big cleaning fee if this rule is not followed. Other miscellaneous information: We d not charge cleaningg fee, the apartment is expected to be returned orginized. Drinks are not included in pricing. Occasional cleaning can be provided at additional cost. It is normal to see small lizards or ants in this humid environment. Guest can contact me by text, whattsapp, airbnb, phone calls emails. Sheyla the co-host live in the compound. The place is near Marina Puerto Del Rey, Ceiba Airport, Vieques and Culebra ferry. Ceiba is next to Fajardo and Naguabo. 10-15 minutes drive to el Malecon en Naguabo. 20 minutes from Luquillo. 20 minutes from Palmas del Mar (golf, restaurants, beach club). 1 hour from San Juan Walgreens and a supermarket is 2 minutes away driving. Lots of people cycle as a sport in this area. To get around is better to have a car, Uber is not always available. The use of cars is suggested. Uber not always works. Ocational cleaning can be scheduled at an extra cost. Ants, small lizards are normal in humid places.
