It's only 10 minutes away from Cabo San Lucas downtown where you can visit the marina an go to famous Medano Beach. Please be advice that community pool will be closed starting July 5th thru July 30th 2021 due to improvements. The Space: This beautiful two story house is located in an Ocean View Gated Community were you will have access to the shared pool fully equipped with lounge chairs and fitness center. This spacious house perfectly accommodates 8 adults. On the upstairs floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, the Master Bedroom with a king size bed, walking closet and access to a terrace. On the bottom floor you will find 2 bedrooms: - 2nd bedroom with inside bathroom, a queen bed and walking closet. -3rd bedroom with one king bed and inside bathroom - Extra room with 1 double bed and a sleeper sofa. -Laundry room. This house also has a great rooftop terrace with amazing ocean views fully equipped with grill and fire pit for your enjoyment. Cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been standardized to guarantee a safe environment. We have implemented protocols to clean and disinfect all rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and frequently touched surfaces, as doorknobs, handles, remote controls and light switches. Certified Hospital grade disinfectant used. Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use. During any interaction with our staff, we will be equipped with protective gear (masks & gloves). Guest Access: Enjoy Ventanas great amenities which include, common pool, spa, well equipped gym , restaurant and enjoy our concierge services during your stay. The Neighborhood: Ventanas Neighborhood has an amazing club house, with a community pool, Restaurant, kids club, gym, deli, chapel, fire pits, media room, and a great atmosphere. Getting Around: The house is just 15 min driving from best beaches in Cabo such as Medano Beach and Chileno Bay. We recommend you to rent a car so that you can enjoy more los Cabos but if you prefer not to drive we will be happy to help you arranging taxis or private transportation. Other Things to Note: Reservations of 5 or more days include a complimentary mid stay cleaning service. It is very recommended to rent a car but also Uber just started in los cabos and is very convenient. This House is perfect for families, small groups and friends, no parties and loud music is permitted after 9:00 pm. Interaction with Guests: I will be available for questions or guidance and you can also enjoy our free concierge services in case you need help arranging your private transportation, private chef, pre-stocking groceries, in house massages, activities, reservations for dinner and clubs, anything you need.
