Our family loves this house, it is full of charming and memories we want to share. Modern two story beach house, 4 bedrooms with AC and 3 baths layout. All house areas have ceiling-fans . You will absolutely relax taking a nap in a hammock at our 2nd floor balcony. Our 1st story terrace is the perfect spot for an outdoor meal. Convenient location, walking distance to beaches, exceptional restaurants and beach bars sure you'll enjoy. The house is located just at the Salinas Bay at Playita Ward, an area with the highest tourist development rate lately in Puerto Rico. Salinas is recognized by their seafood restaurants and their sea water. Over 10 great mangrove cays provides an excellent anchorage areas where you will able to enjoy the enchant of the nature with shallow crystalline warm water excellent for snorkeling, swim or just relax, with the east wind and an ow-some view of the mountains from the Cordillera Central of Puerto Rico. Salinas it's being recognized as the paradise for boaters in Puerto Rico providing the safest coastal waters for all kind of public. Nightlife with live musicians and and disk jockeys offering all type of rhythms like salsa, bohemia, electronic, reggae and reggaeton among others may be easily found every weekend since Thursday's to Monday's at the local restaurants and local new beach bars and "chinchoros". The entire house is available for the use of the guest including gated parking for 4 cars as a minimum. Self check-in & check-out process. Salinas is a coastal town, known for fishermen, good gastronomic experiences, beach bars and everything in less than one mile far. Tourist landmarks like Aguas Termales de Coamo (25 Min), Plaza de Ponce (40 Min), Salinas Speedway (5 Min), Albuergue Olimpico with water pool amenities (10 Min). Restaurants ( El Dorado, Jalan Jalan, Marina de Salinas, Sal Pa Dentro, La Barkita, El Balcon del Capitan, El Roble, Puesta al Sol, Full Moon, among others) are excellent options to eat, drink and enjoy in a marine ambient always welcoming for the visitors and guests.
