Cozy Muskoka Suite

This cozy two bedroom semi-detached suite is great for a private getaway for a couple or small family. Located 5mins off of HWY 11 in beautiful Port Sydney. Only a 15min walk to the beach and a close drive to amenities. The suite has it's own private entrance, kitchen and bathroom exclusively for guests. **DURING ANY LOCKDOWNS IN ONTARIO, WE ARE ONLY LEGALLY ALLOWED TO HOST ESSENTIAL TRAVEL (pre-existing bookings made prior to the lockdown can stay the same). The suite has a completely separate access with its own front deck and screened in room. It has a full kitchenette, 3 piece bathroom and two bedrooms. Feel free to use the backyard and side porch on the suite's side. There is parking for up to two vehicles on the left side of the driveway on the suite's side of the house. Our home is attached to the suite. We would be happy to help with any questions you may have, or for ideas on hot-spots in the area to see. We are located in the heart of Muskoka. Close walk to the Port Sydney beach, scenic rapids , and community tennis courts. Only a 45 min drive to the beautiful ALGONQUIN PARK! In the winter, it's also an ideal place for snowmobilers looking to spend a night or two of rest just a turn off the local trails. We're also a short 10-20min drive away from local x-country skiing, snow shoe, and outdoor skating trails at Arrowhead Provincial Park. It's nearly impossible to see muskoka without a vehicle due to how spread out it is. If you do not own a vehicle or are visiting from afar, we would recommend renting a car for your visit. As far as I know, there aren't any übers in the area and taxis can be pricey; the closest cab is in Huntsville which is 10-15min drive away. Our place is great for anyone looking to get away into nature without having to pitch a tent. We provide all the comforts of home. Just to note: Canadian weather is known to never be consistent. We would recommend coming prepared for all climates, especially in the summer. And for winter, just be prepared for a classic Canadian cold weather. Warm Snow gear is a must, even for just walking around town! (Hat, mitts, boots, warm jacket).
