12 bedroom The Bala House Lower Level

The Bala house lower level is a 12 bedroom floor of a house. There is a large area to gather together. There is also a large table for eating meals. The lower level Bala house does not have a kitchen but only a BBQ area for cooking. If you are looking for a kitchen check out the Bala house upper level. If you are looking for a clean affordable option we are a great choice:) The guests will have private access to the entire lower level of the Bala house. The yard area will be shared with guests that have booked the upper level. The guests will have access to the entire lower level floor and shared access to the yard. They have access to fire pit, volley ball area and BBQ area. I am always available when needed. I happy to provide information about the area and answer any questions. Bala is an amazing neighbourhood. We are minutes from the Kee to Bala and Baka Falls Bala house also have a whole house listing if you wish to have private access to both floors of the house and yard...:)
