West of the Confederation Bridge, but we are in New Brunswick on the TCH route 16. ~ 15 Min. from popular beaches, even a public beach on route 960 for clamming-(if the timing is right), or swimming. The New Brunswick Trail borders our farm for walks, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing & exploring. The Cottage features a full home feeling with a Double bed in the upper floor and also an air mattresses for your guests. You'll have a full kitchen to cook in with a range with a full oven and four burners, A full size fridge, a microwave oven, a K-Kup Coffee make, Pots and pans and cutlery with all the dishes you can use. Even a double sink to wash up with, and we even provide the soap. ~~~ The Bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash sink and we provide the soap, shampoo and conditioner. I give my guests space and 100% privacy but am available when needed 24/7 next door in the big house where overflow is sometimes used for guests. 5 min to the west is Cape16 Restaurant ~~~ and ~~~ 5 min to the east is Route 16 Restaurant... Both serve great food. Our 80+ acres boarders on the Upper Cape Road to the east that leads down to the Ocean & Route-960. Turn left there and drive 5 min to a public area for swimming or clamming or exploring. Keep driving and you'll come across Cape Tormentine Campground for a wonderful public beach and Great Ice-Cream. Go even further and you'll come to the Confederation Bridge Area. Further up the coast is Murray's Beach. A Popular beach campground to explore. Driving your car is the best way. The Horse pasture has an Electrified white fence that the horses never use and neither should you. They are friendly and love to meet people. The free-range chicken are not as friendly, nor are the pet pigeons you'll meet. Moose and Deer walk the perimeter and sometimes visit our apple trees.
