We are 9 miles from the nearest store! QUEEN Bedroom with Private Entrance on GROUND FLOOR . The room is private with a locking door. The spacious room (14x14) has a QUEEN size bed with a private setting area. This listing is for a Queen Room on the Ground Floor with a private entrance. RURAL - Nearest store is 15 minutes. Great sunsets over the Androscoggin River! The farmhouse has a commercial kitchen, gardens, horses and chickens on site. The Androscoggin and the Concord Rivers are right across the street within a 2 minute walk.. Hike/Ski/Snowmobile/Snowshoe the woods without driving.. walk out the back door!
