One of 2 rooms available in updated Victorian. Large home to share that has kitchen, den, formal living room, 2 baths and laundry in upstairs bathroom. Guest have access to entire house except master bedroom. Depending on schedule and work I will be available for any questions or concerns regarding the house or the area. My house is located in a small town called Dover Kentucky, nestled in the Ohio River Valley, Between Maysville and Augusta. Very historical areas. There is offstreet parking, when you pull in the driveway pull up to the large garage and park. House does have one pet, a Siamese cat who is very friendly and loves attention when she wants it. Lol
