"The Tidal Village on Stilts" Our 5000 s. ft Mansion was built for a Ship Builder and his family in 1970. This Whimsical Home boasts a grand entrance with built in features including the lighthouse Staircase. Welsh Marble Fireplace. It's incredibly rare to find an Historical Home that has been untouched and left to be celebrated as it was built. Our Home has 5 fireplaces throughout including imported Welsh Marble and even the Sea Rocks from Digby. You'll have the use of our Quiet Parlour, Our Dinning Room that offers a TV and sitting area. Our Sea Glass Spa includes a Eucalyptus Sauna and a Salt Water invigoration Arctic Spa Hot Tub that is very privately nestled at the back of the Mansion wrapped around with a 1500 sq. ft deck and seating area for 20 that overlooks the views of our Forest, Bear River as the tide comes in and out every 6 hours. We happily invite you to help out with Morning or Evening feedings and chores with our Farm Animals. We have trails through the Forest that will lead to Our Village where you'll find and Award Winning Coffeeshop, a Pub, Art Galleries and of course the View. Quiet Parlour, Dinning Room, Kitchen, Main floor guest washroom , Barn, Trails Our Spa with Sauna and Hot Tub is upon request as we must prepare robes and towels. We are always available for any questions or needs and will take time to introduce you to the Animals and show you around the property. We are a 5 min stroll from our World renowned village of Bear River affectionately called “Little Switzerland”. Our village is a charming place to visit and enjoy the many Galleries, restaurants on stilts and parkland. Bear River has the fastest, highest rising tide in the world and makes for a visually and inspiring experience of wonder.
