Central to all Kicking Horse Resort facilities, you can ski in/ski out in Winter with champagne powder at your door, or ride in/ride out in the beautiful Rocky Mountain Summertime. Without having to lug all of your gear up stairs, the convenient ground floor hillside condo has direct ski hill & mountain access with plenty of space for up to 6 guests, as it contains 2 bed/2 bath (2 king beds & 1 sofa bed). Our spacious condo is suitable for up to 6 people (2 King bed and 1 Queen sofa lounge) with 2 bathrooms (including bath), fully equipped full sized kitchen (oven, stove, cooktop, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle & toaster), laundry with washer and dryer, gas fireplace, heated floors. High speed wireless internet 3 flat screen TVs (SAT TV available in the living room and lock off) Secure underground parking permit for 1 vehicle plus a parking permit for a 2nd vehicle for street parking or resort car parks. For extended stays, housekeeping can be (Email hidden by Airbnb) munal hot tub. Lodge Gym Communal BBQ Communal kitchen with cooktop in the lodge Ski/Bike/Golf Bag storage facilities Underground parking for 1 vehicle plus permit for street parking for 2nd vehicle. There’s a concierge service at Glacier Lodge reception to collect your condo key at check in. The desk at Glacier Lodge(1549 Kicking Horse Trail) is open daily from 8am-6pm and they will provide tourist information only. Please liaise directly with us owners for any assistance, as this is a private rental. -Available lodge facilities include a hot tub, fitness centre and ski/bike/golf bag locker -Mountain village is just a short walk down the hill from your condo - coffee shop, supermarket, pub and restaurants are nearby. -Resort gondola is located in the Mountain village which will take you to: -Mountain top to start your downhill activities; -Eagles Eye restaurant (Canada's most elevated dining experience) -Catamount Chairlift is located in the mountain village which will take you to: -Grizzly Bear Refuge to see Boo the bear. -Golden township is a 10 minute drive away with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, laundromat etc. Getting around Mount 7 Is 30km's away Kicking Horse River is 24km's away Golden Golf Club is 11km's away. -Internet/wifi is provided by Telus to Palliser Lodge; However as condo owners we can not guarantee the wifi performance and reliability as this is impacted by many factors i.e. lodge occupancy, lodge location, usage at peak times and weather conditions such as snowing; -Long leases may be negotiated depending upon availability & circumstances; -If you cannot find your exact dates on our calendar please reach out to us, as we block off dates to avoid booking overlaps & to allow for proper terminal cleaning of all of our condos after our guests have checked (Website hidden by Airbnb) we may be able to adjust the calendar to accommodate your needs.
