Raven's Roost Lodging - Parkside House

We offer a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom with a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. We also have a full size air mattress and a couch. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Cable with a big TV. It has a nice yard on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. The house is within 300 feet of the ocean and close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood with a very large deck. We require Airbnb reservations booked for personal travel to be booked by the person who's going to stay at the property. Airbnb rules do not allow us to accept guests who arrive without the person who booked the reservation unless they are a designated booker enrolled through Airbnb.
