The apartment is quiet, and you avoid downtown noise of traffic and fireworks (very common around churchs). In this neighborhood vegetables such as lettuce, radishes and beets were grown som years ago 2 or 3 blocks around you can find transportation, markets, supermarkets and small shops (tienditas) and two blocks far of the apartment natives of small towns around the city came to sell products like tortillas, food, tamales etc. (around 3-6 pm.) A taxi could charge $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pesos from zocalo or there is a bus that you can take at 2 blocks away of the apartment, the bus price is $6.00 pesos. two blocks far of periferico there is "Avenida ferrocarril" this road goes to many tourist place like "mitla", "el tule", "tlacolula" and the "arena cisneros" lucha libre! (wrestling) The aparment is very close to transportation. The neighborhood doesn't have a high added value, but you have easy access to transportation that move to ruins, downtown and other tourists places.
