Casa Sabana is a large open and bright home in the lush mountains of Utuado where you have so many adventures to enjoy! ***The Photos are being updated as we make changes.*** READ EVERYTHING before requesting please. Hello, Thanks so much for considering or choosing our property for your stay. We are honored you want to spend time in the lush Utuado Mountains. Here are a few things to consider: Remember, you are offered bedding, pillows, sheets, all utensils and pots to cook for yourself (no spices) but our staff is also available to cook you authentic Puerto Rican meals upon request.   We Have 3 Major Rules: #1- We allow Absolutely NO Visitors to our home.  #2- Only rent here if you are a calm and nice group.  This is a private space and location but we have neighbors close enough to hear unreasonable decibels. ¡NO LOUD MUSIC EVER! #3- We MAY allow your doggie to join you during your stay (no cats).  a. You have to guarantee that your dog is kind, respectful, will not be allowed outside of the property without you and that they will not pee in or damage our home. b. WE CHARGE for your dog a regular extra person fee PER DOG/PER DAY (doggie sitters are much more expensive.  Be courteous, respectful and truthful and pay or don't bring your dog). If you AGREE please send us a MESSAGE that you agree and would like to stay here so we can pre-approve your stay.   If you've already paid please let us know that you've read this and AGREE so we can send you our WELCOME EMAIL with lots of cool stuff to do in the area! We'd love to host you here! See you soon, Adam y Cathy EXTRA NOTES: Remember we allow NO unregistered guests or visitors to our property.  The river area is a natural area that you can access and enjoy at YOUR OWN RISK. *COVID: -We are allowing for lots of extra cleaning, disrespecting and just empty space time.  This means you HAVE to check out on time to protect our staff please.  You are allowed to enjoy the property and river after check out (once you empty the space). -Remember, all our spaces are private and every space uses self check in with a lock box so we do not have to meet you to hand you a key. ¡¡¡Be prepared for an amazing adventure stay!!! ////////////////////////// Groups: As you organize your groups budget, I encourage you to keep in mind that staying at our property and our area will save you a bunch off your adventure budget. 1. Most groups make 1 adventure day to explore our property fully. 2. We have a bunch of FREE stuff to do in this area.  I send you all the links upon booking. -Canyoneerig at Cañon Blanco -Petroglyph hunting at Cañon Blanco -Hiking at Cerro Morales -Swimming at Charco Los Morrones -Waterfalls at La Planta in Arecibo -BEACHES -Etc. 3.  UNDER 20 dollars you have: -Cueva Ventana Cave Tour -Arecibo Observatory Science Park -Cueva del Indio Ocean Cave Experience. -Caguanas Indian Ceremonial &  Historic Park. -Several Coffee Plantations 4. Group Rates can be organized for the more extreme tours in the area: -Cave Tubing and Hiking Tour -Kayaking Lago Garza in Adjuntas -Zip Line Parks in Utuado and Lares. -Jungle Cave Park and Rappelling in Lares. You already know we can help you organize bus service for your group, humanitarian service outlets and of course meals that will help you not have to eat out.  We have even organized packed lunches for past groups.
