Cozy room in the basement with 1 single bed for 1 guest. 1 shared bathroom with common area with a kitchen. The shared bathroom includes shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. We are 15 minute walking distance from LGA (purple root bus is free). Bus stop is 23 ave and 94th Street and walk 4 blocks to my house. This is a private room in a shared apartment. Around the corner has a deli and cafe with great food, also with a family oriented neighborhood. With many buses available(Q33, Q72 and Q48) They can use the common area and 1 full bathroom with shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer(everything brand new). Just the private room, kitchen, and bathroom. I live on the first floor if there any questions I’m always available. Nice public park in front of the house to sit and relax. Flushing Meadows park nearby. LaGuardia cafe has homemade foods for you to enjoy. All buses available on 23 ave and 94 Street. Astoria is 10 min away by car. Also purple route bus is available for free. No cooking on the stove, and no loud music. Please respect the house there are other guests in the shared apartment.
