Enjoy pastural views while relaxing poolside (availability April 1-Oct 1) in a quiet & private backyard setting. Hot tub is also open til Oct 1. Seven minutes to commuter rail for those who desire traveling into Boston, no hassle! All spaces of the property. Guests must remain on our property. Horses are located on private property and owned by neighbors, guests are not allowed to go beyond our property as marked. We will be on the premises in a private family suite which is separate (lower level apartment) from the main house . We are available to assist you with any questions and pool and hot tub assist. You will see us at times in the outdoor space caring for gardens and maintaining pool. We aim to give you privacy at all times so we try to keep these times appropriate to your usage. We have a selected patio at the rear of the property, where at times you will see us. This is a spot you may also use to observe neighboring horses and use of firepit. Drive within an hour to historic towns: Kennebunkport, York and Ogunquit, ME Beaches and ports of Newburyport, Portsmouth, Rye, Gloucester and Rockport. Local apple picking, hay rides and hiking.
