Several waterfalls including two of the largest are nearby! Private access to the lower level of the home. This is a walkout basement space. Keyless entry with plenty of space in the backyard. Free parking. Just 2 blocks for access onto the beautiful Keweenaw ATV & Snowmobile trails. One queen bed in large bedroom and a pull out couch in family room provides enough sleeping space for 4 guests with ample room to add your air mattress if needed for extra guests. There is no stove. Kitchenette includes sink, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, hotplate, microwave, coffeepot, crock pot, wine glasses and basic dishes. Griddle is available upon request. Enjoy a warm fire in the wood burning fire place and feel free to use the stylist lounge area. Bathroom includes a shower. Wifi and Cable TV is included. Owner lives upstairs and is always happy to give local recommendations. Keyless entry. We will communicate code upon your arrival. A video doorbell is installed for your safety.
