Modern farmhouse close to Montague Retreat Center

This is a fully restored 1880 farmhouse five min. from Montague Retreat Center, 20 min. from Amherst and 25 min. to Northampton. Our house has modern amenities: radiant concrete floors, high end appliances/countertops, a steam shower and 7 ft, radiant heated copper bath tub. Lots of light, open spaces, cathedral ceilings and an outdoor playset for kids. The house is set on 3/4 of an acre with lots of beautiful gardens and is located near Montague Center, where there are restaurants and shops. Our house is a beautiful, restored farmhouse on three quarters of an acre in picturesque Montague, MA. The house has three bedrooms but a lot more sleeping space if guests want to sleep on a trundle, the full size futon in the loft or the sofa bed in the living room. We have had fairly large gatherings here. The house has a lot for kids: a fun loft to play in (attended by an adult) board games, an outdoor wooden play set, lots of toys to be lovingly used, as well as a pack n play crib, an extra baby sling carrier, and a booster seat. The steam shower, big tub (the tub only has a hand shower) and open concept space make it great for adults too. Guests will have access to the entire house. I am available by phone text and email. My house is close to Montague center where there are a couple of restaurants as well as the famous Montague Book Mill. We are close to Turner's Falls and about 20 minutes away from Amherst and Northampton, which are both vibrant college towns with food, shopping and a lot of cultural attractions. We are near the Leverett Peace Pagoda and Mount Sugarloaf. Lots of hiking and outdoor activity to be had around here. (Website hidden by Airbnb) This is a relatively rural area, and you need a car to get around. Our house has three bedrooms but one of the rooms can sleep 5. It has two single beds, a trundle under one of the beds and a full futon in the loft. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom has a single bed. The living room has a queen pull out sofa.
