Kiskadee Nest is located in the heart of Belmopan City. It is a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, dining room, study desk, wifi, cable TV. All these are private areas for you. The building hosts one other apartment, which is lived in by a nice 3 member family. The yard is shared, but you have your private gate entrance, parking and front door. The rental is located walking distance from grocery shops, restaurants, parks, pharmacies, hardware stores, bus stops and more! The rental has basic amenities that you can use: hot and cold shower, washing machine (no dryer, but you can use the clothes line outside, or take clothes to the laundry mat to dry), kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, refrigerator, stove, microwave, wifi, TV and a huge yard! Everywhere! The property is over looked by a lady, who will greet you and give you the keys. If we are in the area, we will certainly stop by to meet you, however, we live several miles away. The neighborhood is smack in the middle to Belmopan City. There is easy access to public transportation, stores, restaurants, the market, parks and more! Kiskadee is surrounded by the famous "ring road", where hourly buses pass by, taxis are easy access and more.
