Quiet get away #1

This room, also known by some guests as the Yoga room because the bed can move up into the wall, has the best view of the whole house of Mt Currie. We are 30 minutes from Whistler, a world class Ski resort. There is mountain biking, hiking including Joffrey Lakes, Para Gliding, Several Hot Springs in the area and river rafting. We are Licensed by the village of Pemberton. Licence # :873 We are close to hiking trails above the Pemberton Meadows with a great view of Mt Currie, 10 minutes walk to the Village. Your room has a Queen bed, its own thermostat for heat and windows that open for fresh air. The bathroom has a tub and shower, it is shared with others. Their is Air conditioning on in the summer as it gets very hot during summer usually over 30C . This is a family home. The doors are open and I will try and be there when you arrive if you give me some advanced notice of your arrival. The room is on the second floor. Guests can come and go but should be considerate of others and try and not to make too much noise, boots and shoes should be left at the front door. We are a quiet family with 2 dogs, cat , teenager, we would treat you like visiting friends. We want you to have a wonderful, peaceful stay in Pemberton. Due to Covid 19 we are practising social distancing. We will give you full instructions for a self checkin. We may greet you from a distance if possible. Please cancel your reservation, at no cost, if you have any symptoms of a cold or illness, just to be thoughtful of others. We have a quiet Cul de Sac. It's a Family Neighbourhood. There is parking but please let me know if you need it as we may need to juggle vehicles. There is a commuter bus to Whistler, leaving here at 7:00 or 8:20 am and returning from the the Whistler Gondola at 4:45 and 6:05 pm. We are a 10 minute walk to the bus. There is lots to do in the Pemberton area if you like the outdoors, just ask. Mountain biking , paragliding, hiking, river rafting , fishing and more. The commuter bus runs twice a day in the morning and at dinner time to Whistler.7:00 am; 8:20 am; returning from the Whistler Gondola at 4:45 pm and 6:45 pm. We are 10 minutes walk away from the bus depot. There is parking in the driveway. Please note we may ask you to leave your keys at the entrance on the key rack as there may be other guests parked in front or behind you and we may need to jockey the cars.
