Access to public basketball and baseball courts, plus walking trails. 30 minutes travel to Ponce, Guayama, Cayey, all through highway roads. About one hour from San Juan. Accessible to a variety of restaurants and shopping malls! Someone will greed you, provide the keys of the home and be available 24/7 to respond to any issue. Quiet and family-oriented neighborhood. Home is well secured! No public transportation is available. You will need a car to move around. Good back roads and highway to travel around. The home is very warm and cozy. Everything in the home is for your use. You will feel like home!!
