Beautiful View Horatio Heights Nevis

This is a self contained apartment in our house. We have great views of Nevis Peak and down to the coastline on both sides of the island. The house is high on the hill so quite windy- keeps the mosquitoes away and no need for Aircon! We are well located for hikes up to the historic Nelson's Lookout. Guests have the apartment to themselves via a separate entrance. We welcome you in person and are around at the house in case you have queries about the apartment or need ideas for things to do locally. You will be welcome to join us for an early morning hike up the hill. In these days of Covid we are aware of the need to maintain 'social distancing'. This is easy as the apartment is self contained. In addition to normal cleaning we disinfect surfaces including door handles before your arrival. Car rental is a good idea, as we are some way from the main road where minibus taxis operate. There are some good spots within (hearty) walking distance but getting to town or the shops needs transport. We may be able to offer 'pick and drop' during your stay if you prefer not to hire a car. This may or may not be possible given the current need for physical distancing, depending on the national guidelines in force at the time of your stay. A car is a good idea for access to the property. If preferred we may be able to offer 'pick and drop' during your stay either from/ to the ferry or our nearest bus stop. There may be limitations on this depending on the Covid regulations in force in the country at the time of your visit. We welcome home/ remote workers. The WiFi is fast enough for comfortable Zoom calls. As with all internet services on the island there are interruptions from time to time, usually for just a few minutes. There are occasional power outages which also affect the cable internet service. *** Special note for international guests: the entry and quarantine requirements for St Kitts and Nevis are evolving. Currently, fully vaccinated persons do not need to enter quarantine. Updates may be available on government websites. *** We hold a certificate of training under the St Kitts-Nevis 'Travel Approved Seal' program and are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
