Just come stay and enjoy the quiet atmosphere, 5 min to mall, 12 to beach and 10 to airport. TRANSPORTATION available (there is a cost for this service). Private, its like staying at your own home. Private balcony space, queen size bed. Studio with private entrance and balcony. There is always someone in the property to advise you on where to go, historic sites, tourist areas, clubs, malls and shopping, your doubt is a question away. Very friendly neighbors, always willing to chat and give you directions. The unit is close to public transportation, and the unit manager will be more than happy to drop you off at the mall, airport or near the bus line with prior notice. note there will be a 10 dollar charge for anything over 3 miles so basically a ride to the bus, or mall is 5$, appointment required. The metro area has been broken up in zones, so if you don't rent a car don't let it stop you from having a good time. let us know. Its our personal car service. zone one- airport $20 dollars round trip. zone two- beach and Isla verde area and casinos $20 round trip. zone three- Old San Juan Area / the big mall in SJU $25 round trip. any other parts to be discussed directly with driver this is the only rates I have set up with him for the comfort of my guest.
