The space The penthouse is on four floor on walk up condominium. ( No elevator) Linens, towels, pillows are supplied. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, wine opener, etc. There is two bathroom with soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are stocked. The house has fast wifi, a the smart TV, so you can also sign into your own TV apps if you would likes. All rooms have AC. Washer & Dryer are located inside the penthouse. Detergent is in cabinet across from W&D. Two free parking. A fabolous roof terrace. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. PLEASE NOTE: The stairs are not advised to be used by children without the supervision of adults. Please take proper precautions. I will be available during the guest stay for help in any questions regarding apartment facilities or for help to give tips regarding tourist places. Is high recommended rent a car during your stay in Puerto Rico. The public transportation is not accessible in a lot of areas.
