Gayle's Getaway

This is a bedroom in a three bedroom house that was recently built and is located in a friendly neighborhood. Shared space will be; Bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and dining room. Guest will mostly share with other guess as the owner is not always home. Very comfy home, with IPTV (same as satellite TV) hair dryer, curling iron and other accessories. This room has a 50" flat screen TV with IPTV. Guests have access to their bedroom, The kitchen, Bathroom, living room, Dining room, Free parking to the front of the premises, The Laundry room which has washer/dryer/iron & ironing board/Closet with sheets and towels. I am not always at home as I work away from home hence I come to the house periodically. The neighborhood is a newly built residential area. Neighbors are close, however the house is on a corner lot so there is one neighbor to the right and one to the rear. Access to public transportation is in close walking distance.
