Rowesvale is a comfortable and peaceful family dwelling with air-conditioned rooms located in Greater Portmore. It is suitable for families, business professionals and vacationers. It is centrally located, 40 minutes from Norman Manley International Airport and 3 minutes from newly exquisitely designed shopping malls. Its central location puts you 1 hour from Ocho Rios, 15 mins from Helshire Beach, 10 mins from Forth Clarence Beach and only 34 mins from the famous Bob Marley museum. Rowesvale has two air-conditioned bedrooms that can be locked off for privacy. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed which sleeps two, a small closet, small work table a full length mirrror and a bedside night table. The sitting area is arranged to ensure comfort and relaxation of guest if they are interested in watching a movie. The kitchenette houses a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave and utensils. There is also an enclosed washroom with a washing machine. Guests will have access to the entire house along with cable television, free WIFI and fruits that are on the premises. Also provided is a steam iron and iron board. It's our pleasure to interact with any guests that utilises our facility. A local cell phone will be made available to guests upon arrival. This will enable guests to have easy contact with hosts. The neighbourhood depicts that of a dormitory facility which consist of mainly working-class professionals. A five-minute walk will take you to an elegantly design state of the art complex that is very fitting for relaxation. Also in close proximity are health clinics, service stations, police station and numerous fast food outlets namely, KFC, Popeye's, Wendy's, Domino’s Pizza, Burger King, several Chinese cuisine restaurants and gaming lounge. Getting around by public transportation is available from the main road which is a two minutes' walk from dwelling. However, if interested a chauffeur service can be made available at a concessionary rate. Arrangements may also be made for individuals to be picked up and dropped off at the Norman Manley International Airport at a cost. Guests will not be provided with meals. However, upon special request guests can be provided with jerk chicken, jerk pork and fried or roasted fish prepared by the hosts at a cost. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the house.
