CASA LUNA guest house 200 mt from the beach

Very nice and comfortable little private guesthouse inside a main property were you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bunk bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, terrace and shared pool. Close to the airport (only 20 minutes). Pool has to be shared with the main house and the other guesthouse. If you are wanting to party, drink, smoke and blast music then this is NOT the place for you. But if you want a quiet, family friendly location to fully relax then you will enjoy this place. Casa Luna is not a typical all inclusive resort. You'll be staying in your nice and cozy little house, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The house is quite spacious and bright. There is also a terrace with dining table and adirondak chairs. During blackouts there is no electricity and the water for the shower is provided through a small water pump as needed. Pool and garden are to be shared with other guests. Airconditioning has an extra cost of 7 USD per day. We live inside a small gated community of 20 private villas, with 24/7 security. We are located very close to the beach (Sol de Plata Beach), only 2 minutes walk. Inside the community there are 2 eco lodges with their very nice restaurants and bars. Inside one of the lodges there is a spa. At the entrance of the community there is an italian pizzeria, a restaurant with pool and a tiny "colmado" (minimarket). 5 km away from here you can find all the beaches where you can practice water sports like surf, SUP and kitesurf or back horse riding. We are between Sosua and Cabarete, each 5 km from here, where you can find nightlife, restaurants, discos, shops and more. The beach close to our house is not a swimming beach and there are no chairs. Our house is 1 km (10 minutes walk) away from the bus stop, here called "gua gua" (small public transportation bus), and the "Carritos", public transportation like a shared taxi. You can rent a car or a scooter too if you prefer, we can arrange it if you need. We also have 2 bikes that you can use whenever you need to go around in Perla Marina. The space is perfect for 2 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children. The kitchen provides all the appliances and tools to cook. Drinking water is provided in big water jugs for the whole staying.
