Family bldg and neighborhood. Furnishing new and top quality. Fits up to 3 comfortably. A 4th ok but in living area bit crowded. Transportation is easily accessible. Arrangements for trips can be done. Apt is in 3rd floor w easy climb. Terrace, one bdr w comfortable king size bed. A pull out twin bed, plus a day bed. Living/dining/kitc and bath. Preferably we welcome adults because of height. But whole families are welcome. W small children gate should be locked. Family entrance. From the apt you can reach nearby beaches (1 in walking distance); most beaches are a 1/2 hour by wheels. Cayo Levantado and Haitises reserve is accessible and in one day trip. Whale watching (Jan-March), horse rides, falls, zip- lining, etc. Easy walk of 5 minutes to town. Besides, the apt has: Large frig, TV/ w cable, bath, private room, sofa in terrace. For long term, cleaning can be arranged conveniently. Accessible garden. Only if you wish it. Every apt is individual and with private entrance. Noise control. Family member welcomes you and handles all. English and Spanish spoken. Neighborhood is friendly, residential and family oriented. You will feel like at home. Only residents are allowed in and have to be registered or known to us. When arriving if I am absent either Edgar, my cousin, or Pedro, my brother, will meet, explain all and reply any question. Welcome! Easy. There are taxis, moto-conchos, bikes. U can also rent cars in area. Just walking down stairs you are in town. Easy walking & great 4 running. Parking right on the street. From Sto Dgo airport, take taxi to " Caribe Tours" stop and then bus to Samana:When: 10am, 2:3- & 4:30pm. For islands hopping, Haitises or cayo, there are many options. We recommend Motomarina tours. No pets allowed. Yet If your pet is a small & trained dog u can have it at your risk. No smoking, please. Recommendations: Please take care of the apt and areas so we can all enjoy it totally. Pls do not take chairs or things to the beach (Website hidden by Airbnb) As customary in every hotel or everywhere, only those signed in are allowed to stay; check in is done in person w the client/s only. A copy of passport and/ ID like drivers license or local ID is required. During Covid times a negative test of 7-10 days is required. We welcome long term rental: in this case ,we require that the cleaner is allowed at least twice a month. For rental of 2 or more weeks a 20% discount is provided EXCEPT for Wholly Week, Thanksgiving & Christmas. We are very environmentally aware and request you to be mindful of water and electricity. Cystern installed. Pls, make sure to turn off AC when not using. IF on long term, electricity for more than $50 will be paid by renter.
