House is located within a 15 minute Drive to Ponce Right off Route 149 KM 60.2 with easy access to Shopping Mall in Juana Diaz and Downtown Villalba. This 3/2 with Master on suite with over sized living area and separated dining, provides ample space. Large private yard, fully air conditioned home gives you that home away from home feel. We have updated air conditioning in master bedroom along with a new hot water system.. We do not supply toiletries or garbage bags!!! We ask that you pack accordingly.. Guest have access to entire home. Includes private parking large private yard and wrap around deck. Guest will have unlimited access to owner via text message and or email 15 minutes drive to Downtown Ponce, Mercedita Airport with direct flight from NY JFK and Orlando MCO.
