This city dwelling is spacious and full of natural light. It has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room/dining room and bathroom with shower and tub, and fully equipped kitchen. By a public transportation hub! Garage available for an extra fee. This is a large, simple space that has free street parking. Two garage spaces are available for rent. Air conditioning can be added for an additional charge. Ther building has hoard many artists and we have added an artistic touch to this old building --look closely and you will see that part of the floor in the bathroom is inlaid with eggshells. Every bedroom has it's own flavor--Caribbean Sunset, Yin Yang Streamlined, and the Royale (purple and mustard yellow). Check out the different wall textures throughout, too. :-) Guests have the private unit, as well as access to the basement where a washer and dryer are conveniently located. $1/wash and $1/dry. There is free street parking, and two garage spaces with garage-door openers can be rented for an additional fee. No smoking any where inside the building, but there's a small area outside the enclosed back porch where you can step out. I enjoy sharing events with guests, and when I can, finding something fun to do together --though I tend to be very busy. I respect people's privacy and if you wish for little to no interaction, I respect that, and, at the same time, I am available should you need anything. Within walking distance to all that you need! Public Transportation--(one ride to Cleveland Clinic, Case, Downtown, Eastern Suburbs and more!) WALK TO: CVS Pharmacy Supermarket Cafe--live music on weekends Local Farmers Market (Saturdays year round) Restaurants (about 15 from Subway to Independent local restaurants). Toy Store Gift Shops--locally run, eclectic Local Book Store Yoga Studio Hair salons/mani/pedi/barbershops Tailor Dry Cleaner +++++ This is Cleveland proper, so expect some dust, noise on the rooms facing the main street. It is not for everyone, but I love it! Shaker Square is a Public Transportation Hub. One ride to Cleveland Clinic, Case, Downtown, Tower City, Eastern Suburbs and more! If you are driving, there are two garages with remote-control doors available for an additional fee. There is free street parking right by the entrance to the building. Air conditioning and garage spaces are available for an extra cost.
