It is a completely furnished home with seating area in the living room and 2 flat-screen TVs with cable and internet. What is provided: Each bedroom has linen and pillows Each bathroom has towels The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils that you need for cooking (pots and pans) in addition to knives, spoons, cups, and plates Coffee machine and microwave Parking We only provide parking for 2 cars. This is a private home so the guess will has access to all areas. There is a property manager that will be available for the guest in the event that is anything wrong with the house. Nearby points of Interest: Guardarraya Beach in Patillas is located just alongside the panoramic road #3. It is a beach frequented by families, who park between their palms, to enjoy barbecues, the sun and the beach. It is particularly interesting because its coast is a combination of sand and river rock. There are restaurants close by the house that provides authentic Puerto Rican food. Because Puerto Rico is a small island you can get around by car to just about any destination within 1 to 2 hours. Here in Patillas, you are on the southeastern tip of the island surrounded by the Caribbean beaches. A small community with authentic local Puerto Rican charm, true island feel with clean beautiful beaches and mountain scenery.
