I am not in Deer lake I'm 45 mins away from deer lake. I have 2 Glamping Tents On the Banks of The Upper Humber River, On the West Coast Of Newfoundland. 8 kms in a dirt road to the river. BBQ and Coleman stove and all kitchen utensils are supplied. All you have to bring is your own food. Kayaking tours and rentals are available on site. Guess can also use the river for swimming,canoeing and Kayaking. My home is located on site so the guess can interact with me when they like and reach me at anytime. It's very quite and peaceful Guess can get into the area in vehicle once in to the tents you can walk in the area. Anyone who wants to bring bikes or Atvs are welcome to at anytime..lots of trails to ride Some Activities to do are Canoeing, Kayaking, Swimming. You can also do day tours which consist of a day of leisurely paddling and a Boil up on a Beach (meal Included) Recommended
