A 1.5 kms del centro de la ciudad, a 1 km de los principales transportes de la región. Y los anfitriones agradables y amables. The house is located in a safe and good neighborhood. It's comfortable, and has ample living areas (living room, dining room and studio are available), also a nice front garden. The room is on a second level, far from the rest of bedrooms of the house, making it more private. There is plenty of light and ventilation. Most areas have large windows and all have mosquito nets. We fumigate often, but we do live in Chiapas, so once in a while there might be an ant or a mosquito. The driveway has a parking space for a car or motorcycle upon request at no extra fee. There is a terrace o the second level (also available) for relaxing in the morning or evenings. Terrace and studio on second floor adjacent to the room. Living room, dining room and front garden on ground floor. If we are home always willing to help for directions or recommendations. If not, we are also happy to assist via email or cell phone ( (Hidden by Airbnb) ). We also are a little social, and are happy to suggest places near Comitán for your travels, and if possible give you information. We live about 1.5 KMS from the Central Park of Comitán (Downton ir historic center). About 5 blocks from the main avenue (the urban part of the road that connects to San Cristóbal and Guatemala). There are public transportation routes that pass by outside our house, and taxi cabs are easy to catch. If you don't mind walking there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc nearby. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, so you can rest and relax with ease. You can get around walking if you like to do so, downtown isn't that far away less so are the transportation vans to Sam Cristobal and most of the towns that are nearby. If you prefer not to walk, there are public transportation buses and taxis that pass by in front of the house. And if you are traveling by car, motorcycle or bicycle, we have space in our garage upon request. We also can assist you in planning or finding the transportation for you most of the time.
