Great ocean view! Quiet room upper level, futon foam mattress double bed. Shared kitchen/bathroom. Close (1.5 km) to pool, shopping, movie theatre, restaurants. This is not a fancy bed & breakfast. We live in this space, have other guests staying & are happy to offer budget style accommodations. We believe you will feel at home in our simple home. Easy self serve access, make yourself at home. Please park on the street. Private room with double futon/foam mattress (very comfortable), shared bathroom with bath tub/shower. Shared kitchen. We rent other bedrooms. Please feel free to use the kitchen. Clean up after yourself and put your dishes away. Others are sharing this space. We are in and out but you can text us for more information. Community Fee is calculated 5% Canada GST (Goods and Services Tax) Beautiful view of ocean. Quiet street mostly, and especially at night. We are 3 blocks up the hill to Alder st. for bus transportation. 1 km walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We live on a quiet street that slopes toward the ocean for a lovely view.
