RN’s: Spa & Wine Time After Work? Yes!

Furnished: Luxury living in my private home also known as THE HOMEY HOTEL. It’s in a SAFE neighborhood for that traveling Nurse, professional or couple. Come to California and stay in a legally Licensed Airbnb home complete with security cameras to protect your property & mine. If you appreciate serenity, beauty, cleanliness, and warmth plus privacy you have selected the right house. My goal is to give every guest a 5-STAR experience. Yes, I provide spaces for resting, working, playing, swimming, spa time and a private room for sleep & relaxation. Also included is a fully stocked Coffee Bar, grab’n’ go breakfast items, fresh fruits every morning and your ability to prepare your own meals in a gourmet kitchen. You have your own dry pantry space, an individual fridge or share 1/2 of a large side by side fridge. In my home you could comfortably stay two days or long periods of time to accomplish your goal. Travelers or busy Professionals on a mission require “privacy” time. I respect that, and unless it’s an emergency, no one will knock on your door! My home is in a safe north Modesto neighborhood. We are minutes from highway 99, 3 hospitals, the city mall, 2 Dispensaries, Costco, Starbucks and several restaurants. Neighbors walk hand in hand and dog owners are walking Fido mornings and evenings in this newer neighborhood development. Unfortunately transit is not nearby. Smoking outside only! Includes marijuana. Please clean the ashtray when you are finished. This is a smoke-free home. I am available for as much interaction as my guests warrant. Timmy, my 12 yr. old Yorkie is not a yapping dog. He loves attention, and company. The key to the garage door is given for guest access. (Using the front door makes the dog bark). I enjoy my guests, but busy Professionals on a mission require privacy think time. I respect that, but I'm available for as much interaction as my guests warrant. Timmy will follow my lead. Always treat others politely with respect and privacy. Keep your Guest Room tidy and remove all food items to avoid ants. The housekeeper will clean all guest rooms every month. (Once a month is mandatory!) This is a “community” experience for people who like people, but we still respect the COVID DISTANCE GUIDELINES. The bathroom is shared with professionals who respect work schedules. Each has their own shower stall shelf, private vanity drawer space for toiletries and color coded towels to place on a hook. There is sanitizer wipes available & everyone cleans after themselves & are quick in the use of the newly remodeled bathroom. My home is in a safe north Modesto neighborhood.
