Ocean View Cottage - Near Shediac & Parlee Beach

Cozy, newly updated small three (3) bedroom cottage in the quiet neighbourhood of Cap-Bimet. Fully furnished including all dishware, cooking appliances, linens & towels, unlimited use of Netflix, Wi-Fi, BBQ and washer and dryer. Watch beautiful sunsets from the deck, take a short five minute walk to a stunning private beach or a two minute walk to Paturel's Shore House restaurant. A 5-7 min drive will bring you to downtown Shediac and Parlee Beach. Ideal for a family vacation. Please leave the house in a tidy manner, and run the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and put any garbage out in the lidded garbage bin next to the baby barn. Please do not burn candles in the cottage. Turn off lights, fans or heat if you are not using them, and lock the doors when you leave. Don't forget to leave the key when you check out, otherwise it will come out of your security deposit to re-key the locks. Interaction with guests During your stay, we can be reached via phone or email. Since we won't physically be present, we do have friends/family (in Cap-Bimet) who we can contact if ever you require assistance Other things to note You may park your vehicle directly in front or beside the cottage.
