Welcome to Sandpoint Ocean Front Resort. Our goal Is to provide our guests with a turn key camping experience. Guests only need personal hygiene items and food and we provide the rest for your camping experience. The sandpoint property was an abandoned dairy farm that we are in the process of slowly turning into a resort. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our little slice of heaven with you. Our property provides great Fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, sunbathing, BBQing and games. The Driftwood 5th wheel RV is one of 4 RV/campers on the property located at the Sandpoint Ocean Front Resort. Driftwood is a family orientated Camper with a queen bed in the master bedroom and quad bunks in the front for the kids or family and friends. This is a 2007 camper, although not a new camper but it is in great shape with a propane stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, face clothes and towels, a new BBQ on the deck and a fire pit. Our guests have access to the entire 100 acres of land with 2500ft of ocean front shoreline. We always look forward to meeting with our guests and being very social when the time is right during your stay. We are a 3 minute drive to the busy village of Tatamagouche (home of Tata Brew), 30 minute drive to fox harbr golf resort, 20 minute drive to Jost Winery, 10 minute away from Balmoral Grist Mill. Automobile is recommended for getting around preferably an SUV or AWD vehicle. Guests with children will be asked to check in with host upon arrival to review potential dangers on the property that exist. (ie: 100ft cliffs on waters edge with extremely sharp drop to waters edge) Please review the following before booking, as guests with children will be asked to acknowledge the following guidelines upon arrival. Definition of child or youth being any person younger than the age of 12. 1. No Children or youth are allowed behind the RVs due to the electrical, water and sewer hookups. 2. No children are allowed on the cliffs or on the beach unless they are supervised by an adult or parent over the age of 18. 3. The water supplied to the campers is not meant for drinking. Please bring your own drinking water. The RVs are winterized every year with antifreeze in the lines and plumbing, although we clean the fresh water lines thoroughly before use there could still be trace amounts of harmful antifreeze residue. 4. Noise curfew is 10pm 5. Please do not attempt to repair or replace any problem or issue with the RVs, just call your host that is what we are here for. 6. There is an old abandoned stairway from the cliffs down to the beach. This stairway is rotted and dangerous ans is strictly off limits to everyone. If you want to go to the beach please use the mowed walking path down to the ocean. 7. Camp fires are only permitted if the Nova Scotia Burnsafe site indicates that your fire is permitted. Any fires that are not permitted will be extinguished immediately. (Website hidden by Airbnb) Guests who do not follow these guidelines may be asked to leave the property.
