Excellent residential neighborhood of The Falls, close to major shopping malls, (Dadeland, Falls Shopping Mall), easy access to US1 and major highways, (Turnpike, SR826, SR (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes from the airport. Baptist Hosp/Miami Cancer Inst is just 5/10 minutes away. Easy to find and easy to get on the road to Key West, Marco Island, Orlando. Miami Beach is 30 minutes away, Downtown 25 minutes. Very comfortable living areas within house, large backyard with porch, BBQ area, and large pool. Very comfortable room for up to 4 people. 0ne roomy double bed and a twin trundle bed that splits into 2 twin beds. The room has a work station that includes a guest PC, wireless access to printer in another room. Guests have full access to the kitchen and appliances, refrigerator, freezer, as well as to the washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use my bicycles, beach cruiser style. I also have a treadmill and spinning cycle that you are also welcome to use. The house has ample storage space as well as a locking shed in the backyard. I live on the property and will be available at anytime. I will greet you upon arrival and provide you with your set of keys. I have been living in Miami for 30 years and will be glad to guide or give suggestions. The property is very close to Baptist Hospital/Miami Cancer Institute, Miami-Dade College. St. Johns Catholic Church is 3 blocks away. Other nearby attractions are the Miami Zoo, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, The Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, fine dining in nearby Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, and world class shopping malls, (Dadeland, The Falls, Dolphin Mall). This is a residential neighborhood and although there is a bus stop nearby, it will take 10 walking minutes to get there. Rented car is the best option, and you can always park the car at the nearby Metro Rail station, (less than 10 minutes by car).
