Rosario House is an ideal place to rest and share with friends and family. It is located in the same city of Barahona, Dominican Republic, in a quiet and fairly safe area. From here, visitors can easily move to the different tourist attractions offered by the beautiful province of Barahona. The different areas of the house are quite comfortable and spacious. A fully equipped house with everything you need to enjoy your guests. Rosario House A few minutes from the Malecon of Barahona, 15 minutes from Playa el Quemaito, 30 minutes from the Playa / Río San Rafael, 45 minutes from the Rio / Playa Los Patos, 35 minutes from the Magnetic Pole. Nearby plus restaurants and fun places less than 5 minutes walking. They have all house spaces and outdoor space, including the parking lot in the house. There are two small apartments next to the house with independent access through the parking lot. We are available for any questions or assistance during your stay. The house is in a very quiet and safe residential area. We allow events and house party prior notification a checking reservation. The house has a closed parking lot with capacity for two vehicles. Local transport services (moto concho) or taxis are available in the city. The Barahona Malecon is a 5-minute walk away. Banks and commercial establishments in the city centre are about 10 minutes walk away. The listing house has a maximum occupancy of 8 persons and does not allow smoking (only in the exterior, terrace, is allowed), not allow pets, WE ALLOW PARTY ONLY WITH WRITE PRIOR APPROVAL THROUGH AIRBNB MESSAGES, WITH LIMIT HOUR TO 1:00AM. We limit the use of the house to a maximum of 8 people (between children and adults). Each additional person will pay an extra $25 per person per night.
